Terms of delivery and payment
Farvel products are manufactured partly by hand and with 3D printing. Color and structural irregularities and slight color and structural deviations cannot be ruled out and are characteristic of goods made by hand and using 3D printing. The individual urns, including their lids, are unique.
Shipping costs
The costs for packaging and shipping are included in the purchase price. International shipping costs and other shipping methods such as express shipping or delivery by courier will be invoiced separately by arrangement.
Delivery times
Goods in stock are handed over to our Swiss shipping service provider within 24 hours (working days). For personalized urns, the processing time can be 2-3 working days. Depending on the delivery area within Switzerland, a further 1-2 days may be required for shipping. We deliver custom-made products or shipments abroad by arrangement.
Terms of delivery
The order is binding. The order must contain a valid shipping address and a billing address. Once the order has been received, the goods in stock will be dispatched immediately. For orders that must be delivered within 4 working days, we recommend express delivery.
Right of withdrawal/consequences of withdrawal
The contract declaration can be revoked within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail) or - if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline - by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient. The revocation is to be sent to:

Returned products or packages will only be accepted in proper condition, i.e. undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. All postage and transportation costs shall be borne by the customer.
General Terms and Conditions
1. General
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. We hereby expressly object to any deviating provisions of the contractual partner. All ancillary agreements require our written confirmation. Farvel shall be entitled at any time to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions, including any annexes, subject to a reasonable period of notice. Orders received prior to this shall be processed in accordance with the old General Terms and Conditions still valid at that time.
2. Offer
Our offers are non-binding. Our goods are manufactured by hand and with 3D printing, small deviations and changes to our illustrations or descriptions are possible. Other services are carried out by personal arrangement and with separate contracts.
3. Delivery and payment
The conditions for delivery and payment of Farvel are shown in more detail under delivery and payment conditions. All our prices are end customer prices and include VAT. Special forms of delivery requested by our customers are carried out by arrangement and charged separately. Shipping costs within Switzerland are currently free of charge. International shipping costs and other shipping methods, such as express shipping or delivery by courier, will be invoiced separately by arrangement.
4. Delivery times
Goods that are in stock will be handed over to our Swiss shipping service provider within 24 hours. If the goods are not in stock when the order is placed, we will endeavor to deliver them as quickly as possible by arrangement. If non-compliance with a delivery or performance deadline is due to force majeure, labor disputes, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, the deadline shall be extended accordingly. If the delivery deadline is not met for reasons other than those mentioned above, the buyer is entitled to set a reasonable grace period in writing with the threat of refusal and, after its unsuccessful expiry, to withdraw from the contract with regard to the delivery or service included in the contract.
5. Transfer of risk
The risk shall pass to the Buyer when Farvel hands over the goods to the carrier.
6. Warranty
Farvel warrants that the goods sold are free from material and manufacturing defects at the time of the transfer of risk and that they have the contractually warranted characteristics. Upon arrival, the Customer must inspect the goods immediately for defects and quality. In the case of obvious defects, these must be reported to us in writing within 10 days of discovery, as must hidden defects. Otherwise the warranty for these defects shall lapse. The warranty period is 24 months from delivery. In the case of complaints, the date of purchase must be proven with an invoice. The item complained about must be sent in its original packaging together with a copy of the invoice with sufficient postage. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty expires if the customer modifies the delivered goods. Farvel has the right to rectify defects free of charge during the warranty period. Partial or complete replacement of the item is permitted. If defects are not remedied within a reasonable period of time, the customer shall be entitled to rescission or reduction.
7. Reservation of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Farvel GmbH until they have been paid for in full. This means that we retain ownership of the goods until all payments in connection with the order have been settled. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the customer until payment has been made in full.
8. Data protection & cookies
Personal data (hereinafter mostly referred to as "data") is processed by us only to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its content and the services offered there.
Farvel GmbH cannot guarantee flawless electronic data transmission or the availability of the website at all times. Farvel GmbH assumes no liability for the security of data transmitted via the Internet. However, Farvel GmbH undertakes to comply with the usual market standards for data security. Data is always transmitted using SSL encryption. Farvel GmbH is not liable for interruptions in data transmission or interruptions in the accessibility of the website, nor for technical and/or electronic problems that may occur during the ordering process and/or when accepting and/or confirming orders.
Farvel GmbH points out that the customer data collected as part of the contractual relationship is collected, processed and used to fulfill the contractual obligations. Insofar as necessary for the provision of services and fulfillment of the contract, the data collected may also be passed on to contracted service partners (e.g. logistics companies, service partners or collection agencies), who are also obliged to comply with data protection regulations.

9. Final provisions/applicable law and place of jurisdiction
All legal relations between the parties shall be governed by Swiss law to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of April 11, 1980 (Vienna Sales Convention). Subject to the mandatory places of jurisdiction, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the contractual relationship between the Customer and Farvel GmbH (also with regard to the applicability and validity of these General Terms and Conditions) shall be Zurich, Switzerland. Should a provision in these General Terms and Conditions or a provision within the framework of other agreements be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of all other provisions. Collateral agreements or deviating agreements must be made in writing. The written form requirement can only be waived in writing.
