Ordering a Farvel urn is simple and straightforward. The desired model can be selected in the store and the personalization options specified. You can then follow the instructions in the order process to complete your order. Various payment methods can be selected, such as credit card (in the store), bank transfer or on account (see notes under "Payment").

Payment

You can currently pay via the store by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay and Twint. If you would like to purchase an urn on account or by prepayment, please contact us directly.

Shipping information

We attach great importance to ensuring that the urn arrives safely and undamaged at its destination. The urn is shipped in robust packaging to protect it during transportation. Here is the most important information about our shipping service:

  • Delivery time: As a rule, we hand over the ordered urn securely packaged to our shipping service provider within 24 hours. For personalized urns, the processing time can be 2-3 working days. Depending on the delivery area within Switzerland, a further 1-2 working days may be required for shipping. If you are ordering from another country such as Switzerland or if time is of the essence, please let us know in person or via your funeral home. We will find a quick and safe solution for you.

  • Shipping options: We work with reliable shipping service providers to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Delivery to funeral homes: On request, we can deliver your urn directly to a funeral home. Please enter the address of the funeral home during the ordering process.

Returns and guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your choice, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving the urn to discuss the return. Please note that personalized urns are non-returnable. We offer a satisfaction guarantee so you can be sure that your order will meet your expectations.
