Our wooden and marble lids can be individually engraved. The shipping time may increase to 3-4 days due to the engraving/individualization of the urn.
The desired engraving text can be specified when completing the order. We will send approval for engraving within 24 hours. As soon as we receive the "approval for engraving", the urn with engraved lid will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Engraved lids cannot be returned.

Keep the urn dry and dust-free.
Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
If necessary, you can wipe the urn with a soft, dry cloth.

Farvel urns are manufactured in Switzerland.
The wooden lids are produced with the St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich.
The ash bags are sewn by the Heimstätten Wil Foundation.
